I want to be completely transparent with you guys. I don’t want to be fake, and I refuse to act like the world is all sunshine, rainbows, and lollipops when it’s not.

Lately, I’ve been navigating a heavy downward spiral—a level of depression I haven’t hit since my brother passed away in 2005. Between losing my mom, losing my sweet ferrets, and dealing with the sheer isolation of working from home in a quiet house, it has been an incredibly hard, overwhelming season.

But over the weekend, a few things started to shift. I got a very enlightening tarot reading that reminded me the wheel has turned, and it is time for me to find my way back to my happy place. I also did a “BrainTap” session at a spa with Ronnie, which gave my nervous system some much-needed relief.

In this video, I’m laying it all out on the table. No filters, no hiding. I’m speaking openly about my grief, my journey, and—for the first time publicly now that my mom has passed—my faith as a hearth witch.

I miss physical presence, I miss hearing voices, and I am ready to start stepping back into the light, crafting, creating, and reaching out.
